Chest:
- Pass through the tips of the breasts, then under the arms, then at the level of the shoulder blades, keeping the tape measure straight.
- Wrap the measuring tape quite tight around the fullest part of your chest.
Size / Waist:
- To measure it, lean to the side; your natural waistline is located at the fold of your skin. This is the narrowest point between your ribcage and your navel.
- Measure around the slimmest part or your natural waistline, keeping the measuring tape level and parallel to the floor.
Hips:
- Measure the widest point between your hips and buttocks.
- Measure the fullest part of your hips, keeping the measuring tape level and parallel to the floor.
